The experienced farmers use regenerative organic agriculture practices. So the food they grow is more nutritious and improves the soil. Duties include: On the field, weeding, cleaning, planting, harvesting, making compost (depending on the needs that day).

From the comfort of your own office you, or from ours, your team will be sent stationery, refreshments and a postage paid satchel to return your letters with opportunity for seniors to write back.
